Postcard View of the High Tatras, Rysy, priest Walenty Gadowski
The postcard shows a panorama of the High Tatras with the marking of several peaks and passes, probably from the early 20th century. The marked points correspond to characteristic rock formations on the main ridge of the Tatra Mountains. Number 3 points to Przełęcz pod Rysami (Slovak: Sedlo pod Rysmi). Number 4 is Niżnie Rysy (Malé Rysy), and number 5 is Rysy (Rysy), the highest peak in Poland. The view probably extends from the area of Morskie Oko or the Rybi Potok Valley. Original old pre-war postcard. Publisher: Father Walenty Gadowski Good condition, exactly as seen in the photos.
