Postcard Kresy Chyrów Konwikt and the Jesuit Junior High School view published by Marjan Bosy
The postcard shows the Scientific and Educational Institute of the Jesuit Fathers in Chyrów, also known as Saint Joseph's Congregation. It was an elite, private men's junior high school, run by the Jesuits in the years 1883-1939. The school was located in Khyrów near Przemyśl (now Ukraine). Due to the high level of education and exemplary infrastructure, the facility was considered one of the best schools in Europe. During the Second Polish Republic, the Khyrów junior high school was considered a "forge of the Polish social and financial elites". Good condition, visible in the photos
